1. Scope
These terms apply to use of rydereal.com and, where made available through a TestFlight beta, the RydeReal iOS app. The provider is Christopher Haase, handelnd unter orgendo.
2. Beta status
RydeReal is under development. Beta versions may be incomplete, change or contain errors. Features, availability and compatibility may be adjusted during testing. No public release date is promised.
3. Use of the app
RydeReal may only be used lawfully and for the functions described in the app. Do not operate the app while riding; road safety and personal safety always take priority.
4. Your content and rights
You remain responsible for the videos, images, music, trademarks and other content you select. Only use material you are entitled to process and publish. RydeReal does not grant rights to third-party content or platform music.
5. Automatically generated suggestions
Edits, hooks, captions, hashtags, guidance and other suggestions are aids. Before publishing, check that the result is accurate, fits your ride and does not infringe rights or legitimate interests of others.
6. Third-party services
Apple Health and Strava are independent services with their own terms. An optional Strava connection does not create a partnership between RydeReal and Strava. TestFlight and future purchases are handled by Apple.
7. Availability and liability
The free beta does not create a right to permanent availability or a specific feature set. Mandatory statutory claims, particularly for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remain unaffected.
8. Changes and termination
We may develop, limit or end the beta for legitimate reasons. Material changes to terms for a future regular release will be made available transparently.
